Visit Exploratory Studies
NEWLY ADMITTED students for Fall 2017: The Office of Undergraduate Admissions has planned exclusive visitation dates, also known as Experience NC State; that includes an Exploratory Studies college session. Experience NC State will be held over several dates starting in late February through the end of April. Accepted students will receive an invitation from the Office of Undergraduate Admissions to register. It is highly recommend that you attend Experience NC State.
Please do not register for the Exploratory Studies college visitation listed below as they are specifically designed for HS juniors.
Thank you for your interest in Exploratory Studies! Exploratory Studies offers several opportunities during the year to learn about our program. These visits last an hour and are designed for high school juniors and seniors to get an overall picture of the Exploratory Studies program. All visitation sessions are located in the University College Commons Building, room 110, and start promptly at 1:30pm. The visitation includes a 35-minute presentation, hearing from Exploratory Studies Student Ambassadors, a general Q & A session, and an optional guided tour of our Living and Learning Community, Exploratory Studies Village. Registration for Exploratory Studies visitation is required.
Our visitation time is scheduled so that you may also participate in the general campus tour and information session in the morning at the Joyner Visitor Center while here at North Carolina State University. We hope that you will take advantage of this opportunity in addition to visiting with us. University information sessions and tours are coordinated through Undergraduate Admissions.
